Yates aims to copy Dale blueprint

The Robins boss saw his side ripped apart 4-1 by table-toppers Rochdale who extended their lead at the top thanks to a Chris O'Grady hat-trick.But despite the heavy defeat, Yates saw enough to suggest his side can turn their fortunes around, especially if they learn from their victorious opponents."Rochdale have got a good team and we more than matched them for 50 minutes," said Yates. "There were lots of positives, not enough but we've got something to work with."You can see the confidence and belief Rochdale have got and that's what you get when you're top of the league and that's a lesson for us and where we want to be."We've seen our blueprint - how a good team plays, works hard, defends, takes chances and hits you on the break. That's what we need to aim for."
