Portsmouth line up Romania star Razvan Cocis on a free transfer

Portsmouth have all but agreed to sign Romania midfielder Razvan Cocis on a free transfer, pending the lifting of their transfer embargo. The 26-year-old, who had a medical over the weekend at the south coast club, has agreed a £12,000-a-week deal. The versatile attacking midfielder, who can also play up front, left Lokomotiv Moscow when his contract expired on January 1.
