Second pitch inspection at Darlington

A SECOND pitch inspection will take place at the Northern Echo Arena at midday after heavy rain threatened this afternoon's game with Aldershot. A statement released by the club said: "Following a pitch inspection at Darlington's Northern Echo Arena at 10am, the match referee will hold a further inspection at 12noon, ahead of the League Two game against Aldershot, due to continued rain. "The club will again announce the outcome of the 12noon pitch inspection as soon as possible."
