Mowbray wary of battling Bairns
The Hoops boss knows his side will be hot favourites for the points when they welcome Eddie May's strugglers to Celtic Park.But Mowbray believes their last meeting with the Bairns - which ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw at the Falkirk Stadium - should provide enough warning of how tricky Saturday's clash could be."There are no easy games," he said."It doesn't matter who you play, you have to be very respectful of them."Falkirk try and spread the ball about, so it will be a very entertaining game."The game through there was a tough outing for us. We didn't play on the day, but give them a lot of credit as they played very well."However, this will be a very different game on Saturday. We are at home so we'll try to be positive and put them on the back foot and win the football match."Celtic's last outing was the 1-1 draw with Rangers on January 3, with subsequent matches having fallen victim to the weather.Despite dominating most of the Old Firm derby, Mowbray's men were unable to put a dent in Rangers' seven-point advantage and, though they have a game in hand, the Celtic boss admits victories from now on are crucial.He told his club's official website: "It's always important to get the three points."This will be a long season and we have to go on accumulating points and find the consistency that I have talked about in the last month or so."There are plenty of positives to take from our last game against Rangers and we have to set off on a similar footing against Falkirk and try to get the win."Saturday's match could see the debut of new Bairns striker Enoch Showunmi.The Scottish club agreed terms with the 27-year-old following his release from Leeds and he passed a medical yesterday to join Falkirk until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.Manager May told his club's official website: "I am absolutely delighted to have added Enoch to the squad."Obviously, he is a massive presence in physique but he has much more than that to his game."He has good pace, good movement and, importantly, gets goals."I am sure he will go on to become a very important player for Falkirk for the remainder of this season and perhaps beyond."
