Blackpool president hails Holloway

Holloway's reputation took a severe battering after he presided over Leicester's relegation to League One in May 2008, but he has restored it in style since his summer appointment at Bloomfield Road.The Seasiders have been hovering around the play-off positions for the majority of the campaign and Belokon says the charismatic Holloway deserves great credit.The Latvian said: "We had high hopes for Ian Holloway when he joined our team in May 2009, and I can proudly say that he hasn't disappointed us."Not a lot of time has passed since he joined us, but I can safely say that Blackpool Football Club has significantly improved under the leadership of this outstanding personality."I hope that my opinion is shared by many fans - the improvement of the playing and the current position which we hold in the Championship is the direct work of Ian Holloway."
