Ferguson plans to 'analyse' squad

Ferguson, who left Peterborough earlier this season, was last week appointed manager on a three-and-a-half-year contract.He immediately set his sights on promotion but said: "In terms of adding to the squad, it would be wrong for me to say we need this and we need that."We have to analyse the whole squad and sort out quickly their personalities, which I will do."Some need an arm round them and some need the opposite and that won't be a problem. We will have them structured well, organised and we will see how they do."
