Gills hope Spurs come to the rescue

The freezing weather has made the fields at their usual Beechings Cross training ground unplayable since Monday.Gillingham's pitch at the Priestfield is also unavailable as it is currently under covers as protection from the frost and snow for their game at home to Tranmere on Saturday - so Spurs could come to the rescue.Boss Mark Stimson told the Kent Messenger: "Their facilities are incredible and there is a full size pitch in the dome. We need to keep the players ticking over and it will be nice if we can get out there and do something."
