Stanley star in no hurry to commit

The former Everton trainee has impressed for Stanley this season after scoring 13 goals in just 26 outings.Symes, who has been awarded the PFA Fans' League Two Player of the Month award for December, has been linked with a move to Championship side Derby in recent weeks.However, the 26-year-old insists any transfer talk is just mere speculation and that he is going to wait before deciding on his long-term future.He told Sky Sports: "I'm happy to sign, but I'm just going to wait until the end of January and see what happens."I'm aware of the interest, although it's just speculation. I'm just going to keep my options open for now before deciding."
