Hornets boss has full Taylor support

Taylor has agreed to stay at the helm at Vicarage Road until the end of June, having replaced Jimmy Russo following his resignation at last month's stormy AGM.Despite having to sell a number of key players, Mackay has moulded his young side into dark horses for the play-offs and Taylor, a legendary former Hornets manager himself, has been impressed. He told the club's official website: "I happen to believe we have a management team that is very capable of running the club, we have people who know what they are doing, so why should I become an interfering chairman?"That isn't my role and I don't want to do that. Malky and his staff don't need me on the doorstep all the time - but Malky knows I'm on the end of the phone should he need anything."
