Hughes: Hibs not signing Anderson

Scotland defender Anderson, 31, has found himself frozen out at the Stadium of Light and has been linked with a move to Easter Road.Hughes revealed he is planning to add to his squad in the January transfer window but ruled out any swoop for Anderson."I would like to think there will be something happening in the window but it certainly won't be Russell Anderson," Hughes told the Edinburgh Evening News."There are specific targets but it is more about what positions we need."I want a squad where there's competition for places, two for each position."He added: "I'm looking to bring good characters to Hibs but the most important thing is that they want to come to this club."I have always said: 'There's only one Hibs but millions of players'."
