Bees boss looking up after draw

Scott insists his players' disappointment at not taking all three points in the 1-1 draw with Charlton is a measure of how far his in-form Bees side has come.Scott said: "We are eight games unbeaten at home and no one fancies playing us. People don't like coming here and we have made ourselves a force to be reckoned with."Leeds and Charlton have both come here and only taken a point and now we are where we should be in the league. We have to stop looking over our shoulders and see where we go in January."I was disappointed not to win it really because we hit the bar and had two good penalty shouts turned down but that is the way it goes."
