Keane challenges keeper Murphy
The 26-year-old is training with Ipswich this week ahead of signing an 18-month contract to join from Irish side Bohemians and is expected to replace the injured Richard Wright.Keane told the club's official website: "We are not signing a kid here."He is an experienced keeper and he knows he is coming here to try and be the number one."He will be with us this week and that will allow him to have a mini pre-season and get to know the players and the club."He will be able to take part in training and get a feel for the place before he is available in January."
