Akinfenwa salutes all-round effort

Despite netting his seventh and eight goals in the last 14 games, Akinfenwa was instead quick to lavish the praise on his team-mates."As a centre-forward you want to score because you're judged by your goals," he told BBC Radio Northampton."But I can't score without the team. We have a good unit here and we all train hard."Akinfenwa also hopes the Cobblers can improve on their current position of 18th in League Two."It's an uphill struggle but we'll go back on the training pitch and hopefully we'll get it right sooner rather than later," he added.
