Monk predicts Swans recovery

The Swansea captain is still out for a further two weeks with a calf injury and has been joined on the sidelines by vice-captain Alan Tate, who is suspended after collecting is fifth yellow card of the season. However, Monk is confident the Swans can recover from the 3-0 thumping, even with a makeshift defence for the trip to London Road."We certainly aren't reading too much into it," he told the Western Mail. "This squad is still on a learning curve, we have some young players and this experience will stand us is good stead further down the line."Now we just have to focus on Peterborough and, while it's not ideal that both me and Tatey are missing, whoever steps in will do the job."We have got that strength in depth now and, whether it's Albert [Serran] or Marcos [Painter], they will be up to it."
