Tottenham are planning to launch a £10million bid for Ivory Coast star Seydou Doumbia.The 21-year-old striker is being tipped to partner Didier Drogba at next summer's World Cup finals.Spurs manager Harry Redknapp had Doumbia watched on Sunday, when he scored for Young Boys of Berne in a 2-0 win over Basle.
