Ikeme happy with Blades loan
The Wolves goalkeeper, 23, was snapped up by manager Kevin Blackwell last Thursday, 24 hours after completing a month on loan at Charlton, and started in the 3-2 win at Ashton Gate.Ikeme said: "I feel sharp because I've played a few games for Charlton recently but after leaving there last Tuesday I was delighted to know Sheffield United were in for me on the Wednesday."I can't get a much better club to come to on loan and I'm looking forward to getting some games under my belt."Ikeme added: "I thought we did well on Saturday and although it would have been nice to start with a clean sheet at least we managed to get the win."
