Fulham line up Spurs stroller Huddlestone to fill the Bullard void

Tom Huddlestone could be on his way to Fulham after Roy Hodgson earmarked the Tottenham midfielder as a replacement for Jimmy Bullard. The £14million arrival of Wilson Palacios at White Hart Lane, coupled with the form of Luka Modric, Jamie O'Hara and Didier Zokora, has pushed Huddlestone down the pecking order. Hodgson needs to strengthen in midfield, having sold Bullard to Hull for £5m. Spurs have already splashed out £33m in the transfer window and Redknapp is determined to carry on spending, with a striker his top priority. Redknapp remains interested in bringing Robbie Keane back to the club from Liverpool but is thought to be reluctant to include winger Aaron Lennon as part of a deal.
