Dickinson demands better defending

Albion, with three wins from their previous 14 games, booked a place in the third-round draw thanks to Dickinson's winner four minutes from time after Rushden had twice battled back to equalise and the tie looked to be heading towards a replay.Dickinson said: "No disrespect to Rushden, but we made it difficult for ourselves at times. It's very frustrating to concede two goals again and it's not good enough."We're very disappointed we're leaking goals again and we need to work hard on our defence."Former Derby striker Dickinson, keen to kick on after a nightmare spell in the east Midlands, was on the verge of being replaced by manager Gus Poyet when he struck the winning goal.Dickinson added: "We knew we were facing a tough tie and I was close to being replaced by Craig Davies when I scored late on."
