Allison relishing Easter Road return

Allison grew up as a Hibernian fan and will aim to give his friends and some of his family a miserable weekend by beating the SPL's third-placed team. on Saturday."It's a great feeling to play there, it's kind of a dream come true," said the 21-year-old."I played there a couple of seasons ago for the last 20-25 minutes."It's a great atmosphere and, being from Edinburgh, a lot of my friends and family will be there."I don't know what team they will be supporting, mind you."Allison is set to continue at right-back after Falkirk drew with Celtic and beat Hamilton since he was brought into the team. And manager Eddie May, himself a boyhood Hibs fan who was a popular player with the club, has encouraged Allison to use his Easter Road links as inspiration."It's a great opportunity for Brian that his friends can see him play against the team he supported," May said."I'm sure Brian will show his worth, like anyone else who is from the Edinburgh area."I certainly did when I went through there. I never lost many times when I went through with Falkirk, hopefully that's the case as a manager as well as a player."May had stressed the mood and confidence in the squad remained high before their victory over Hamilton but he admitted their first SPL win of the season was a "gorilla off his back"."We can look forward rather than back," May said. "It's a massive relief to get a win, it stops people focusing on that."Our players showed a belief and maturity which we didn't have at the beginning of the season."Our ambition now is to get off the bottom of the league and if we do that we can go from strength to strength."Falkirk will again have recent signing Pedro Pele on the bench and could be further strengthened by 23-year-old French midfielder Toufik Zerara. The former France Under-20 international has signed until January after a spell in Bahrain and Falkirk hope to get international clearance through for him to make the bench at Easter Road."It's a short-term deal which gives him the opportunity to see if he likes Scottish football," May said."But he has shown over the last few weeks he is definitely up for the challenge. He has good ability, is a hard worker and fits into the way we want to play."He attacks, he defends, he can play wide, he can play inside. I think people will be a wee bit surprised by the quality he has got."He has only signed a short-term deal, the reason being so we can have a right good look at him in a first-team environment. If he's good enough, he'll get a longer deal."It's a gamble because if he does do really well he can walk away in January."
