Newcastle make one change for Preston trip

NEWCASTLE boss Chris Hughton has made one change to his starting line-up for tonight's away game at Preston. Ryan Taylor returns to the starting line-up in place of Marlon Harewood, with Hughton reverting to a 4-4-1-1 formation as he attempts to guide his side back to the top of the Championship table. Andy Carroll will start as a lone striker at Deepdale, with Kevin Nolan playing in the hole between midfield and attack. French midfielder Fabrice Pancrate is amongst the Newcastle substitutes after his international clearance came through this morning following his signing on Saturday.
