Macc boss hails Silkmen character

Alexander operates with one of the smallest budgets in the Football League but he says they lack nothing in spirit and desire.The Silkmen have claimed one win and three draws in their last four League Two outings and last weekend's goalless trip to Aldershot showcased their new-found resolve.Alexander said: "We don't have the biggest budget in the world and I would be surprised if there was a smaller one."But what we do have is a lot of character and have made ourselves difficult to beat.
