Arsenal's Robin van Persie sidelined for two months with ankle injury

Holland coach Bert van Marwijk believes Van Persie has torn ligaments in his left ankle, although further tests are necessary to determine the seriousness of the injury. 'I was shocked when I saw it,' said Van Marwijk. 'It doesn't look good. To make matters worse, Nik Bendtner is also out injured for the next month as he requires a groin operation.
