Shiels hailed by Doncaster coach

The Doncaster midfielder is in a rich vein of scoring form for the Championship side with three goals in four games.Assistant manager Richard O'Kelly said: "Dean has got that in his locker."As we've seen in recent games, he's a good finisher and he strikes the ball well with both feet."Dean is a work in progress, though he's improving rapidly. There are certain parts of his game that he needs to improve upon."But he is prepared to work on what he needs to do to make him a better player."Shiels won the last of his eight caps a year ago and is determined to make the most of his recall to the squad ahead of the evening Windsor Park clash against the Serbs."I see it as a good opportunity to get another cap," he told the Sheffield Star."It's a new start and hopefully if I can do well in club football it will help get me into the national team."That will be an added bonus because, as I have said before, first and foremost I want to do well for Doncaster." Serbia 6/5, Northern Ireland 15/8, Draw 9/4
