Man bailed after Brown fracas
Brown, 24, was on a night out in Edinburgh over the weekend when the alleged attack took place.Mark Richardson, 22, faced one charge of assault to injury and another of breaching the peace when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today.Richardson, from Edinburgh, formally entered pleas of not guilty to the allegations and he was released on bail.Trial was set for May next year.Former Hibernian midfielder Brown has missed recent games due to an ankle injury.
