Adam vows to play his cards right

The Scotland international has been warned about his discipline by manager Ian Holloway after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season. It meant Adam missed last weekend's match against Doncaster and he is now keen to curb the cards."You have a responsibility to keep your emotions in," he told the Blackpool Gazette. "Sometimes my emotions get the better of me but that's only because I want to win every game."But I have listened to what the manager has said - like I always do - and it is something I need to improve and learn."While I was suspended I thought about the number of silly bookings I have had, and I hope I can improve that side of my game."
