Wenger sets RVP goal target

// A bit of a hack but it works// The article snippet is wrapped onto a second line, even when #article-sub is emptyif( $("div#article-sub").children().length == 0 ) {$("div#article-sub").remove();} Arsene Wenger is hoping Robin van Persie can score at least 25 goals for Arsenal this season. The Dutchman, who has finally been able to shake of his frustrating injury problems, topped the Gunners' scoring charts last term with 20.He is hoping to better that tally this time around, with a flying start to the 2009/10 campaign suggesting he is more than capable.Van Persie already has eight goals to his name this term and Wenger sees no reason why the Holland international cannot go on to provide his best-ever return."If you look at the chances he has had since the start of the season you cannot say he won't reach 25 goals," said Arsenal's French coach."Robin has taken much more responsibility because he is up front. He has committed himself to the club for a long period and he is at an age, 26, where a footballer becomes really efficient, mature and wants to win things."That is why I believe he can be the best passer in the league and the best goalscorer in the league. When you look at the goals he scores they are always impressive."
