Coleman: Quitting is not an option

The Liverpudlian has been in charge at Stanley for 10 years along with his assistant Jimmy Bell, taking the club from the Unibond First Division back into the Football League.Stanley have fallen on hard times and must pay £308,000 to the tax man in order to stay afloat, but Coleman remains committed to the cause.Asked if he had considered resigning, Coleman told the Lancashire Telegraph: "No, because I still love football and the thought of not being involved with football would break my heart. I know it's the same with Jimmy."The affinity we have with this club gets you through. We've had some great times and some really bad times, but the support we've had from people in the area has been absolutely magnificent."It's never entered my head that I wouldn't want to be here."
