Fry set to taste cup experience

Gillingham's on-loan defender Matt Fry has been given the go-ahead by West Ham to play in the FA Cup clash with Southend on Saturday.Teenager Fry has started in all three of Gillingham's league matches since arriving for an initial month on loan from Upton Park on October 15. The 19-year-old is also keen to extend his loan period at Priestfield.Fry told the club's official website: "West Ham have given me permission to play which is good and that will be my first taste of cup football."He added: "It's down the Gillingham, but depending on West Ham, I would like to extend my loan."You can't beat playing first-team football week in week out and feeling the highs and lows of the game."
