Tilson happy with battling Shrimpers

The division's top scorer Lee Barnard put a smile on the faces of everyone at the crisis club with an injury-time winner. The Shrimpers are due in the High Court next week over a tax bill of £690,000. But those worries were temporarily forgotten when Barnard tapped into an empty net from six yards after Simon Francis's deep cross had been headed back across goal by Alan McCormack.Tilson said: "It was a really good performance from the lads and they gave me everything."It was great to see Barnard score and I just hope it sent all the fans home happy because it has me after the week we have had."With Barney and Macca (Alan McCormack) suspended next week I will have only 11 fit professionals so we will have to see if any of the injured players come back, otherwise I will be giving the youth team players a chance."
