Everton goalscorer Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and Villa defender Carlos Cuellar both saw red in the closing stages of Saturday afternoon's Premier League clash.Bilyaletdinov was given a straight red card for a tackle on Stiliyan Petrov while Cuellar received a second yellow for a late foul on Yakubu, but Le Tissier thought both decisions were harsh."I felt the referee lost control a little bit in the second half," Le Tissier told Soccer Saturday."Bilyaletdinov did go in with his feet up, but it wasn't in a dangerous manner. His feet were right near the ground, he was going for the ball and was a fraction of a second out."For me it was a yellow card tops, but he got a straight red for it which was really harsh in my opinion."Obviously the Everton fans were then not particularly pleased and two minutes later Cuellar, who got the yellow card in the first half picked up a second yellow for a tackle on Yakubu."It was right by the touchline and in any other minute of the game, if there'd been no other sendings off, it was just a foul. It's not a second yellow card by any stretch of the imagination."But it was right by the touchline and all the Everton fans went up. If you look at the referee he blew for a foul, there was no reaction, and he almost saw the Everton crowd go up and thought 'ooh, I'd better get a second yellow card out'."Off he goes, and for me it was a bit harsh."ImprovementLe Tissier felt the game marked an improvement for Everton following a poor run of form for David Moyes' men. However, he said both sides failed to create many chances and in the end both managers could be happy with a point."Everton certainly showed enough energy," he added."They've been accused of looking tired but they came out of the blocks quite well and dominated the first 15-20 minutes without creating too many chances."Villa got themselves back into the game in the second part of the half, but just before half-time Everton took the lead."Bilyaletdinov scored and at that point Everton felt they could probably go on and take the game by the scruff of the neck."But Martin O'Neill made a substitution at half time and John Carew, who had scored three in three against Everton, found himself on the bench but served up the perfect answer with the equaliser."From then it was end to end, not too many clear-cut chances and Brad Friedel and Tim Howard didn't have too many good saves to make."In the end a draw was probably a fair result."
