Rovers test for Blues

Chelsea will travel to Blackburn in the quarter-finals of this season's Carling Cup.The Blues roared past Bolton 4-0 in the previous round while Rovers saw off Championship side Peterborough 5-2.The tie will take place in the week commencing November 30.
