Competition holds no fears for Davies

Fulham midfielder Simon Davies is ready for the competition for places at Craven Cottage when he returns from his foot injury. The Wales international has not played for a month but has been edging towards a return. He said: "I think competition for places is a good thing. "Look at all the good teams and you will find competition in every position, it makes players work for their shirt."
