Smalley on Latics comeback trail

The Latics striker has been out injured since damaging his back in a pre-season game against Blackpool on August 1.Smalley managed 20 minutes of a training ground friendly against Bury last week and should feature in Monday's Manchester Senior Cup tie against Bolton.It is not yet known when the 21-year-old will be ready for first-team action.
