New arrivals to boost Cherries team

Cherries might be unable to sign additional players but they are expecting three new arrivals in the very near future. Mark Molesley, Jeff Goulding and Ryan Garry are all bracing themselves for the birth of their babies, with the trios partners due in the coming weeks. Boss Eddie Howe, who is already operating with a small squad, is hoping the baby boom does not see three of his stars rushing to the maternity wards at the same time. Fingers crossed they dont arrive on the same day Ill have to have a word with the girls and try to spread it out a bit, he joked. Its an exciting time for them all and I just hope they get enough sleep once the babies are born. Ill be on them if they look tired, regardless. Molesleys wife Charlene was due on Wednesday, while Gouldings girlfriend Jade and Garrys partner Carla are expected to give birth next month. Keen not to miss any of the League Two action, centre-half Garry said: Im hoping for a midweek birth! Sir Alex Ferguson has made no secret of his desire to see players having a settled home life and even urged his defender Jonny Evans to marry his girlfriend during a press conference last month. Howe agrees with the Manchester United boss on the importance of stability. Its always the best way for a manager if your players are settled in their private lives and are family-orientated, said the Cherries manager. Getting their early nights and getting rest in between training is all-important, and that they are as professional as they can be.
