Pressure on Capello to recall Kirkland and end England's keeper crisis

Fabio Capello is not a man who normally likes being told what to do, but he is being strongly canvassed to reconsider Wigan's Chris Kirkland to sort out his goalkeeping problem. Kirkland, who faces Manchester City today, has been in outstanding form this season - certainly better than rivals Ben Foster, Robert Green and Paul Robinson. But Capello has not picked him since Kirkland asked not to be selected a year ago because of injury concerns.
