Fellaini had been a doubt for Wolves' visit to Goodison Park on Saturday after the Belgian FA attempted to invoke Fifa's five-day rule. The midfielder played for Belgium in a World Cup qualifier against Turkey last weekend, but pulled out of Wednesday's game against Estonia in order to undergo an operation to remove a wisdom tooth. The 21-year-old believed he had an agreement with Belgium coach Dick Advocaat to miss the Estonia clash, only for the Belgian FA to dispute the issue. An appeal was lodged with Fifa to prevent Fellaini from being available to play Wolves, but Everton have confirmed the former Standard Liege ace will be in David Moyes' squad at the weekend."The Belgian FA did lodge an appeal with Fifa asking them to implement the five-day ruling," Everton's head of PR Ian Ross told the club's official website."However, Fifa have contacted the club this morning to say that we have no case to answer and that we did comply fully with all necessary legislation."We are delighted with the news as Marouane will be available for selection on Saturday."
