Hopeful Chelsea join the queue to sign Sampdoria starlet Poli in January

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Italy Under 21 midfielder Andrea Poli.Stamford Bridge boss Carlo Ancelotti is known to be an admirer of his 20-year-old compatriot and will look to sign him from Sampdoria this winter if Chelsea reverse their transfer ban, according to La Gazzetta della Sport.Poli has also attracted interest from Inter Milan and Juventus after breaking into the Sampdoria side this season.
