He said: "Candreva is not a surprise, he has everything he needs to become a champion." Zola is also following the future of Luca Toni with the 32-year-old still unsettled at Bayern Munich. But he would face competition from the likes of Roma and AC Milan for the forward's signature. Meanwhile, one younger player at Upton Park has praised the club's youth policy. Zavon Hines made his England Under-21 debut last week, scoring in the 6-3 win over Macedonia. "It was unbelievable but at the end of the day when it comes to football everything is possible,' said Hines. "Not a lot of clubs are producing young players but every year West Ham produce one or two so it's just good to be playing football. "I just know that West Ham have got belief in their young talent so they will always give you a chance, it just depends whether the young players take it or not."
