Bluebirds boss gets injury fillip

Such a luxury has been rare for the Bluebirds boss during the current campaign but with his players having seemingly rediscovered their early-season form, the club's treatment room will soon be a much quieter place. Forward Ross McCormack (hamstring) made a speedy returned to the bench for Saturday's 4-0 demolition job at Watford, while full-back Kevin McNaughton (ankle) and striker Warren Feeney also look set to return within the next week. Joe Ledley (hip) and Adam Matthews (ankle) are doubts for their respective international duties but will be fine to line up for Cardiff next weekend. That just leaves on-loan Kelvin Etuhu sidelined, with the forward currently back at parent club Manchester City receiving treatment on his ankle ligament damage. Jones told the club's official website: "Ross McCormack came on as a sub on Saturday and we should also have Kevin McNaughton and Warren Feeney fit after the break. "So barring international injuries, we should have a full squad."
