Buchanan Deal Confirmed
As reported earlier in the week on this side Preston have now confirmed that David Buchanan will sign on a free transfer from Tranmere. Buchanan was offered a new contract at Tranmere but earlier this week turned down those terms and decided to move to Deepdale on a two year deal. The left sided defender joins former team mate Welsh at Deepdale.
