Manchester City sign Dan Smith from Crewe

Manchester City have agreed to pay an initial ?300,000 for Crewe starlet Dan Smith.The Blues had been tracking the 16-year-old for almost a year and had a ?250,000 offer rebuffed by the League Two side.
