Pulis bemoans dropped points

Stoke boss Tony Pulis is aggrieved to have lost points late in a game for the second week running. The Potters conceded an 89th minute Matt Taylor penalty after Dave Kitson had given them the lead in the 53rd minute. The result follows last week's 2-1 defeat to Chelsea at home in which Stoke conceded an injury time goal to Florent Malouda. "I'm disappointed," Pulis told Sky Sports. "That's three points we've dropped in the last couple of minutes of games - the Chelsea game and obviously here today in a game I thought we played really well in. "We scored a great goal and controlled the game in periods." The first-half was a scrappy encounter which saw little penetration from either side with yellow cards for simulation awarded to Stoke's Ricardo Fuller and Bolton's Kevin Davies. Pulis declined to give his opinion on referee Mark Clattenburg's decisions but has vowed to act internally should he feel Fuller dived. "I couldn't see it from where I was because it was right at the opposite end of the pitch and I haven't had the chance to look at it on the telly but if he has dived, I'll have a word with him because we don't do that at our football club. "I will look at it and speak to him, if he has dived - I'll have a word." Pulis preferred instead to highlight the return to form of striker Kitson, who sublimely finished early in the second half to hand Pulis' side the lead. "That's three goals now for Dave and we're hoping he'll get into double figures this year. It was a great move between the two centre forwards and a very cool finish."
