Aldershot Town set a new "personal best" in the Football League. Aldershot Town FC have set a new Football League club record after Saturday's 1-0 victory against visitors Morecambe. Their sixth-successive victory was the first time since "returning" to the Football League in 2008, that they have managed to achieve the feat Aldershot Football Club also never recorded six Football League victories in succession during their 60 year membership of the competition (1932-1992).
