Hughton getting comfortable

// A bit of a hack but it works// The article snippet is wrapped onto a second line, even when #article-sub is emptyif( $("div#article-sub").children().length == 0 ) {$("div#article-sub").remove();} Chris Hughton admits he is becoming more and more comfortable in his role at Newcastle's helm. In the last 12-months Hughton has had three different spells as caretaker - whilst the club's owner Mike Ashley continues to look for a buyer for the North East club. His current tenure is proving highly successful as The Magpies currently sit on top of the Championship and Hughton is widely expected to be named Manager of the Month. And he admits he is becoming increasingly happy with how things are going."The longer you are in it, you become more comfortable with things," said Hughton."It certainly doesn't make things any easier, but you learn to deal with things a bit more easily."Any potential accolades are always nice, but they always come very much below the main priorities, and the main priority is that you have a team which is prepared right and in a position to win football games."At this moment, the most important thing is going to Cardiff and getting a result."Hughton takes his troops to Cardiff this weekend, but he will be without leading scorer Shola Ameobi."Shola has had a minor operation on his foot. We are still to determine what period of time that will keep him out, but it will be a matter of weeks," he said."What happened was he had had stress on the bone and they felt they needed to do something to guarantee it ended up being no more than that."
