Calderwood urges Magpies to maintain form

Coach Colin Calderwood insists Newcastle are not getting carried away by their excellent start to the Championship campaign. The Magpies sit top of the table thanks to a four-game winning streak which followed an opening-day draw at West Brom for a haul of 13 points out of 15. Calderwood told the club`s official website: "It`s been an excellent start but that`s all it is, a start. We`ve got to build from here. "We`re enjoying things so far and so too are the supporters who have been magnificent. The supporters here are whole-heartedly behind the club and we hope to do the best we can for them." Meanwhile, Wesley Ngo Baheng scored the only goal as the reserves beat Bradford 1-0 at St James` Park.
