Blair Adams has joined the Cobblers as Aidy Boothroyd takes full advantage of the opening of the transfer window The promising left-back becomes the third loan arrival in a matter of days for Northampton as Boothroyd plots a path away from the foot of League Two. His spell in the Midlands follows a loan switch to Brentford earlier in the campaign. Adams joins Wycombe midfielder Ben Harding and Birmingham City striker Akwasi Asante at the club with all three available for a debut in Monday's clash with Shrewsbury.
