Hart: No progress in assistant hunt

Paul Hart admits he is no closer to bringing in a new assistant manager.Hart has appointed Ray Clarke, ex-Celtic, as his new chief scout to fill the vacancy created by Ian Broomfield, who followed former boss Harry Redknapp to Spurs. But Hart has yet to find a replacement for former Manchester United and England assistant boss Brian Kidd.Kidd was unwilling to relocate from his Cheshire home and felt he could not devote the necessary time to the job."It's just about getting the right one," said Hart. "If you get the wrong one, it's like a millstone round your neck. We've got a good staff and everyone is pulling their weight."It's on the agenda but we've been so busy with signing players and looking at players and things like that."
