Addicks boss wants new additions

The Addicks have been heavily linked with the Sky Blues striker and are understood to have offered him a deal until the end of the season.Parkinson's side have won their first five league games for the first time in the club's history to top the League One table."We'd like to improve the squad," said Parkinson."We've had a good start but we want to build on that and make sure we can maintain it because we are light in certain areas."Parkinson has also had the luxury of being able to name the same starting line-up in all five matches, but knows his squad will be tested if and when injuries and suspensions disrupt his plans.
