Evans feels he's found his position

Gareth Evans says after scoring 6 goals from midfield so far this season, he's finally settled in a position that suits him. Evans, who joined from Bradford on a one year contract in the summer, was used primarily as a striker last season but has started all of his Millers games on the left wing, putting in some impressive displays including two goals on his full debut at Plymouth. Speaking to Radio Sheffield this morning, Evans says he's settled in that area. "I've always had the belief that I'm capable of scoring goals given the chances and playing with the strength we've got in the team it was always possible that I'd score goals. Grabs has great pace and Revs is a very good target man and is very good with the ball on the floor. I think we all just complement each other. "I've always been a striker but when I came here the gaffer has put me on the left hand side. I find I'm enjoying it because I've been able to use my pace to come in and shoot aswell as getting down the line. As a striker you're always relying on service but where I've been playing you get a lot more of the ball. I suppose you could say I've found my position."
