Lowe glad with QPR performance

lackburn Rovers midfielder Jason Lowe was pleased with his side's performance against Queens Park Rangers at the weekend. Rovers drew 1-1 with the London club in the Premier League at Loftus Road on Saturday but remain at the foot of the table with just five points from eight matches.Youngster Lowe admits he rues that Rovers could not register a victory but is glad to have collected an away point."Obviously it is a game that we feel that we could have got three points from," the 20-year-old told Rovers' official website. "We looked at getting a win but I think it was a good all-round performance, a gritty performance. "To come away from home and get a point we are satisfied with it but on the other hand we are a little disappointed not to get all three."The gaffer (Steve Kean) said just try and break up their play, QPR are good at dropping players into that hole and I just had to be aware of that so we didn't get too exposed, and I think all the lads right from the front worked their socks off and we deserved a point."The next game for Kean's side is against Tottenham at Ewood Park on Sunday, and Lowe is confident of a good performance against Harry Redknapp's team."It is all about momentum, we'll definitely take a lot of confidence from the draw," he said. "Especially after the defeat to Manchester City and then the break."So to start the campaign again so to speak with a point away from home, we'll take that."
